Deposits:

 

~Deposits are the same amount as the rent at the minimum.

~Approval process is based on a credit score  however, any issues with previous bankruptcies, payment history, or judgments may not cause you to be denied but increase deposit

~all applications on a case by case basis

~ once approved a potion of deposit can be placed to hold a house for up to 2 weeks to come with remainder

~ IF CREDIT SCORE FALLS BETWEEN 500-550 DEPOSIT WILL BE $300 MORE

~ IF WE CANNOT VERIFY RENTAL HISTORY DEPOSIT WILL BECOME $500 HIGHER

 

$400 To hold a house 695 per month and under

$500 To hold a house 795-895 per month

$600 To hold a house 895 per month and up
